Smoked meatloaf (my recipe, basically the America’s Test Kitchen Family Cookbook recipe with mushrooms in place of some of the onion, MSG instead of Worcestershire sauce, various cheese cubes, smoked instead of baked, topped with almost done bacon). We did two regular meatloafs and one with the regular ketchup glaze and one where we replaced the ketchup with spicy brown mustard.
